Create Your Wishlist

Get a Quote
After you submit your cart, we’ll review availability and reach out to confirm the details. Then, we’ll send you a personalized quote, ensuring the process is smooth and stress-free! We're here to guide you every step of the way, making sure everything is perfectly tailored to your needs

Reserve your Decor
If everything checks out, we'll send over the invoice along with the rental agreement and terms for you to sign. Once we receive your 50% non-refundable retainer and the signed agreement, we’ll officially reserve your items for your special day!

Settle your invoice
The remaining 50% of your invoice is due 14 days before your event date, unless we’ve agreed on a different timeline. Please make sure to complete the payment by this time to ensure everything is set for your special day.

We provide pick-up, drop-off, and delivery services. We'll finalize all the details with you as your event day approaches!

After you've chosen your wedding or event date and venue, the next step is to get in touch with us. If you already know what you need, simply add the items to your wishlist and send it to us when you're ready. We’ll confirm availability and get back to you. If you prefer assistance with the planning or would like to make a request via email or phone, feel free to reach out—we’re more than happy to assist during the design process!
Please note, submitting your wishlist does not require payment and does not guarantee item availability or secure them for your event.

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking, which covers 50% of your total rental order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Once the rental contract is finalized, your invoice will include a link for payment, which can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
Please note: Prices displayed on our website or in your cart do not include taxes and fees. The retainer fee is the only way to secure both your event date and inventory.

We have a minimum rental requirement of $500 for all orders, and $2,000 for orders that require delivery (additional delivery fees apply).
Orders of $500 or more are eligible for client pick-up and return from our rental facility. Clients typically pick up their items 1-2 days before their event and return them 1-2 days after (Monday - Thursday).
Please note, certain items may not be available for client pick-up/return due to their size, installation complexity, or fragility.

Yes, we offer delivery options for rental items.
Client Pick-Up: You can arrange a day and time to pick up your items from our rental facility. Your rented items will be carefully packed and labeled for you. We recommend scheduling your pick-up at least 24 hours before your event. You can designate someone else to pick up the items, but please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Be sure your vehicle has enough space to accommodate all of the rented items.
Onsite Delivery: We also provide delivery to a designated location, with an additional charge. Contact us to confirm if we deliver to your venue or location. Some locations may require an overnight stay as well.

We highly recommend reserving your décor items as soon as you have the details of your event. This allows us to check the availability of your desired rental items and confirm delivery/pick-up dates. By booking early, you’ll receive the best pricing (no rush fees!), secure the items for your event date (no one else can rent them!), and get one more task off your to-do list!
While we maintain a large inventory, we cannot guarantee availability of all items.
Need to make design changes? No problem! Contracts can be adjusted up to 14 days before your event, depending on availability.

Yes, rentals can be used outdoors! We simply ask that the items be placed safely and securely, and that they are not left outside overnight or exposed to unfavorable weather conditions (rain, snow, hail, strong winds, etc.). If any items are damaged due to outdoor use, you may incur a damage fee for repairs or replacement.

If you can’t find the item you're looking for, or if it's not part of our inventory, feel free to reach out and request it. While we can’t guarantee availability, we are constantly expanding our inventory and value customer suggestions!
